1. Bookings and quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied at the time of booking, including postcode, skip size, waste type and placement. Terms may be revised if the actual waste or access differs.
2. Delivery and access
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the delivery point. Failed deliveries caused by blocked access may incur a charge.
3. Permits
Where a skip is placed on a public highway, a council permit is required. Placeholder text describing who applies, permit arrangements and duration.
4. Loading and prohibited waste
Skips must be loaded level to the fill line. Prohibited items include asbestos, fridges, tyres, paint, solvents, gas canisters, batteries, clinical waste and liquids.
5. Ownership and damage
The skip remains the property of SKIP4U LTD at all times. The customer is responsible for loss or damage while the skip is in their possession.
6. Payment
Placeholder payment terms, including deposits, trade account terms and late-payment provisions.
7. Liability
Placeholder limitation-of-liability wording, including surface damage where placement has been agreed.
8. Cancellation
